Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Credit Cam (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CM 30 Development, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the owner and operator of Credit Cam.

2. Eligibility

To use Credit Cam you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Be a resident of the United States
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using financial services under applicable law

3. What Credit Cam Is and Is Not

What we are

Credit Cam is an informational tool that helps you explore financing options for purchases. We analyze photos to estimate item values and surface financing products that may be relevant to your credit profile.

What we are not

• We are not a lender, bank, or financial institution
• We are not a credit bureau and do not access your actual credit file
• We are not a licensed financial advisor and do not provide personalized financial advice
• Financing recommendations shown in the App are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer of credit

4. Your Account

4a. Registration

You must create an account to use Credit Cam. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

4b. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4c. One Account Per Person

You may not create multiple accounts or create an account on behalf of another person without their consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Submit photos that contain illegal content, nudity, or material that violates any third party's rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the App to transmit spam, malware, or harmful code

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Credit Cam — including the name, logo, design, code, and financing recommendation data — is owned by or licensed to CM 30 Development, Inc. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App.

7. User-Submitted Content

When you submit a photo for analysis, you grant CM 30 Development, Inc. a limited license to process that image solely for the purpose of providing the analysis result. Photos are not stored after processing is complete and are not used for any other purpose.

You represent that you have the right to submit any photos you upload and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights.

8. Financing Recommendations

8a. For Informational Purposes Only

All loan, credit card, and financing product information displayed in the App is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, a credit application, or a guarantee of approval.

8b. Third-Party Products

Financing products shown in the App are offered by third-party lenders and financial institutions. Credit Cam has no control over their terms, rates, fees, or approval decisions. You should independently verify all product details before applying.

8c. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Item valuations and price estimates are generated by automated analysis and may not reflect actual market value. Do not rely solely on Credit Cam estimates when making financial decisions.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services for data storage, analytics, and image processing. Your use of the App is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Item valuations will be accurate or complete
• Financing recommendations will result in approval or favorable terms
• The App will be available at any particular time or location

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CM 30 Development, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from acting on financing recommendations
• Inaccurate item valuations
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CM 30 Development, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party's rights
• Any content you submit through the App

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
